Our Mission
Global Longevity Foundation exists to close the longevity gap — the widening divide in healthy years lived between the wealthy and the underserved. Founded by clinicians pursuing NIH-aligned research in gut-brain health, disease prevention, and lifestyle medicine, we fund and conduct science where it’s needed most, starting in the communities longevity research has historically overlooked.

Global Longevity Institute — Foundational Pillars
The Global Longevity Institute delivers advanced, science-led education structured around the core biological systems that determine healthspan, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Our curriculum is organized into the following seven interdisciplinary pillars:

The microbiome as the foundation of metabolic, immune, neurological, and hormonal health.
Focus on dysbiosis, inflammation, digestion, detoxification, gut–brain signaling, and evidence-based interventions that address root causes—not symptoms.
2. Nutrition Science & Metabolic Longevity
Advanced nutrition science for healthspan optimization, including nutrient signaling, metabolic flexibility, glucose regulation, protein and micronutrient balance, and dietary strategies across the lifespan.
3. Lifestyle Medicine & Behavioral Physiology
Sleep, circadian biology, stress resilience, physical activity, and recovery as biological levers for longevity, with practical frameworks for sustainable lifestyle change.
