Digital Products and Membership Services

Due to the nature of our offerings—which include digital downloads, online education, and virtual events—all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a digital product, course, or membership access has been fulfilled or delivered, including downloadable PDFs, program materials, video content, or access to exclusive member benefits.

Fulfillment & Delivery Issues

If you experience an issue with accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact our team at info@GlobalLongevityAssociation.org. We will be happy to verify the purchase and reissue your access or download as needed. Please ensure that your email settings allow for transactional and direct communications from our domain. GLA is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by users unsubscribing from essential communications or marking our messages as spam. Should your email provider block delivery or you unsubscribe from required communications, you may request fulfillment to an alternate email address by contacting us directly.
